UK Delivery

We currently ship across the UK using reliable, tracked services.

Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
Dispatch time: 1–2 working days
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

All keyrings and tags are packed securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

How to Start a Return

The item(s) you’d like to return

We’ll reply with simple instructions.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap an item (for example, a different keyring colour), just let us know in your return request. We’ll arrange the exchange once the original item is received.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. We keep our rates as low as possible — we’re a small independent brand, not a big retailer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll sort it immediately — replacements are always prioritised.

Returns & Exchange

Our Returns Policy

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused
In their original condition
In their original packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used keyrings, bracelets or lanyards
Tags that show signs of wear

(But don’t worry — if something arrives damaged, we’ll replace it.)
